How to Order:
Call (916) 452-9999 between the hours of 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday. All deliveries are scheduled in 30 minute windows starting at 5am, ending at 8pm, 7 days a week. You can also click on the "order on line" link to place your order over via our secure shopping cart.
Delivery fees are based on zip code, call for details. Please be ready to accept your delivery and allow 10-15 minutes to set up your buffet. (25-30 minutes for parties of 75 or more). Our order deadline is 7pm the weekday before delivery. Prime delivery times book up fast, we recommend reserving your delivery window in advance.
We accept cash, company checks, AMEX, Visa, MC and offer net 15 upon approved credit. There is a $75 dollar charge on all returned checks and a $20 per month service charge on all invoices not paid within 30 days from delivery date. The deadline to cancel orders is 24 hours before your delivery, cancellations submitted through fax, email or voice mail are not accepted. A 60% service charge is applied to orders canceled after this deadline. Jealousy Catering does not provide staffing, clean up services, china, tables, or non disposable linen. Disposable chafing dish racks are used to keep hot food hot, and cost $9 each - if you would like us pick up the racks, that amount will be refunded to you, minus a $9 pick up fee(the number of chafers needed depends on the size of the event).
